Toney Johnson assumed the role of Vice President (VP) of Property Management and Accountability in December of 2025. Ms. Johnson earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Elizabeth City State University.

She brings over 15 years of progressive experience spanning documentation control, regulatory compliance, and audit preparation across manufacturing, utilities, and distribution environments. She is skilled in bridging operational processes with governance requirements through meticulous documentation management, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
