Michelle White serves as the Assistant Vice President of Head Start Center Operations for Hinds County Human Resource Agency. Since joining the agency in 2012, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to early childhood education and leadership. Michelle began her career with the agency as a Teacher, later advancing to Center Administrator and then to her current executive leadership role, where she supports Head Start centers in delivering high-quality services to children and families.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Care and Family Education in 2012 and her Master of Science in Education Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2014, both from Jackson State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree at Jackson State University.

As a proud mother of four, Michelle is passionate about creating opportunities for children and families to succeed and believes strongly in the power of early childhood education to shape future generations.
